Flat roof failure in the Midlands. MKA were called in by the building owners to undertake a investigation into the cause of flat roof failure.

Appointed by CBRE to undertake a survey and report upon causes of leaks to the roof of this multi-site retail park. As part of our appointment we were instructed to provide a detailed specification of remedial works.

Slated roof to flats – Surrey. MKA were called in by the NHBC to undertake a investigation into the cause of roof failure, prepare specification of remedial works and supervise works. Project value approx £55,000.00

Replacement flat roof (4,000M2) – Hampshire. MKA were called in by the building owners to Project Manage the replacement roof works this included discussions with Factory Mutual to agree a satisfactory specification. Project value approx £150,000.00.
