MKA was appointed direct by Marks and Spencer to undertake a complete survey of their roof stock. Our commission was to be complete in a 12 month period and required MKA to survey over 300 multi roofed stores and provide a written report detailing the condition of the roof and providing M&S with a 5 year maintenance schedule.
